Sales Director – Enterprise Sales (APAC)

About the role

Fireblocks is looking for a Sales Director to lead enterprise sales across the APAC region, focusing on financial institutions and technology partners. You will join a fast‑growing blockchain and cybersecurity company that secures billions of dollars in digital asset transfers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the APAC market.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development Representatives and the GTM team.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Drive prospecting, territory planning, and account strategy.
• Maintain accurate data in the Fireblocks CRM system.

Required profile

• Enterprise sales experience in software or institutional sales, preferably in financial services, blockchain, or fintech.
• Background in financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is a plus.
• Experience working with technology partners and co‑sell motions.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency.
• Proven track record of exceeding enterprise sales targets.
• Entrepreneurial, hunting mindset with a willingness to prospect new opportunities.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team‑selling environment.
