Sales Director (Home Appliances)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to lead our Home Appliances business across Singapore. You will shape the sales strategy, build strong customer partnerships and drive growth through retail, e‑commerce and key‑account channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the sales organisation and develop strategic customer partnerships.
• Strengthen distribution channels and execute go‑to‑market strategies across retail, online marketplaces and key accounts.
• Develop and implement the Singapore sales strategy aligned with regional and global objectives.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, promotional programmes and joint business plans.
• Coach and develop the sales team to meet business targets.
• Collaborate with supply‑chain teams on forecasting, demand planning and inventory optimisation.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and consumer preferences, providing market insights for product launches and portfolio management.

Required profile

• Degree in Business.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the Consumer Electronics sector.
• Proven track record in the Singapore market.
