Sales Executive (Financial Services)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team at Forward Minder Organisation, a Prudential-affiliated agency in Singapore. You will work flexibly, primarily from remote locations, while supporting the agency leader with occasional office visits for updates and meetings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer databases and contact information.
• Process sales orders, invoices, and credit notes accurately and promptly.
• Prepare sales reports, analyse data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Provide proactive customer service through email, phone, and in‑person interactions.
• Respond to client inquiries, resolve issues professionally.
• Assist in creating sales presentations and proposals.
• Support sales representatives with administrative tasks such as follow‑up materials and emails.
• Interact with candidates and clients across diverse industries and job functions.

Required profile

• Minimum local Polytechnic Diploma or higher education (SG/SGPR) or internationally recognised degree for foreigners.
• Strong interest in investment and wealth management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑driven, resilient and able to thrive under pressure.
• Friendly, outgoing and engaging personality.
