Senior Business Development Executive

About the role

New business development and existing customer management in buildings & infrastructure. The role includes key account management for strategic clients as assigned by the supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, prospects, and associations.
• Coordinate regional and global contracts.
• Provide market information and contribute to direct marketing strategy and planning.
• Attend to client enquiries, manage and resolve issues and complaints.
• Conduct tele‑sales when required and assist other sales teams in identifying contacts and leads.
• Prepare brochures and maintain track records.
• Report weekly on sales activities.
• Update visual presentation materials.
• Prepare and coordinate seminars for the business.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct superior.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service or technical support.
• Basic understanding of inspection services is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, customer‑focused attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
