Sales Executive

About the role

Entropy Lab is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive the adoption of its innovative passive cooling solutions across the construction and logistics sectors. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating technical benefits into compelling business value.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with clients onsite and serve as the first line of contact for new business opportunities.
• Maintain and update client profiles in the company’s CRM system.
• Identify market trends, gather client insights, and collaborate with Business Development, Marketing, and HOD to launch new initiatives.
• Generate and qualify sales leads, conduct direct “hunter” sales activities, and produce weekly sales reports.
• Monitor tender opportunities, participate in bidding processes, and support trade‑show and conference activities.
• Build and sustain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Outgoing personality with the ability to explain technical products to non‑technical buyers.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to travel frequently within Singapore.
• Self‑motivated, hardworking, and capable of working independently.
