Sales & Key Account Executive – FMCG Food Manufacturing

About the role

Our client, a leading food manufacturing company in Singapore, is looking for a dynamic Sales & Key Account Executive to drive growth in the FMCG sector. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers while achieving monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet monthly targets.
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring long‑term business relationships.
• Oversee the full sales cycle from business development to post‑sales support.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Track and manage promotional budgets to maximise ROI.
• Ensure effective execution of sales initiatives and maintain product visibility and merchandising standards.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and account performance updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Higher Nitec qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year experience in sales, key account management or business development within FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Proven ability to manage customer accounts and build long‑term relationships.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
