Sales Manager – Advertising, Media, Enterprise & Technology

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, commercially‑driven Sales Manager with at least three years of experience to join our growing team in Singapore. The role focuses on generating advertising revenue through digital display inventory, branded content, campaign packages, sponsorships and technology‑enabled audience engagement solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualification, negotiation to closure.
• Proactively generate new business opportunities via outbound prospecting, networking, events and referrals.
• Develop and nurture relationships with advertising agencies, PR firms, media buyers, brands, merchants, retailers and enterprise clients.
• Build a robust commercial ecosystem rather than relying solely on inbound leads.
• Maintain disciplined CRM and pipeline management.
• Navigate complex enterprise organisations, map economic buyers, decision‑makers and influencers.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and internal teams to support retention, expansion and cross‑sell opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of sales experience, preferably in advertising, media, technology or B2B enterprise solutions.
• Proven track record of new‑business hunting and closing deals.
• Strong ability to understand and navigate enterprise sales cycles, procurement processes and internal politics.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills across multiple stakeholder levels.
