About the role
We are seeking a high‑performing Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for KOPII KING PTE. LTD. You will lead our sales team, develop strategic plans and ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve growth and meet sales targets by effectively managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the customer base and strengthens market presence.
- Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor performance of sales representatives.
- Build and nurture long‑lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports with realistic forecasts to senior management.
- Identify emerging markets, monitor market shifts, and stay aware of new products and competitor activity.
Required profile
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people‑management capabilities.
- Prior experience in marketing, sales or customer service is beneficial.
