Sales Manager – Food Industry (Up to $5,500 + Bonus)

About the role

Our client, a well‑established food distribution company in Singapore, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth and expand market presence. You will lead a high‑performing sales team in a fast‑paced environment and be responsible for delivering results across the island.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to exceed targets.
• Set KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews and manage the full sales cycle.
• Identify new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and cold calling.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and business updates for management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, including team management.
• Food industry experience highly preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience in business development, lead generation and cold calling.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and able to perform under pressure.
• Minimum Secondary School qualification.
• Willingness to work on‑site in the West area, 5.5 days per week.
