Sales Technician – IT Repair & Upgrade

About the role

We are looking for a Sales Technician to join our IT repair and upgrade team. The role involves diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading PCs, notebooks and all‑in‑one systems while providing expert advice to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software issues in PCs, notebooks and AIO systems.
• Assemble, disassemble and repair laptops and desktops for upgrades.
• Perform quality checks, control and performance testing to ensure repair effectiveness.
• Provide expert advice and support to customers, enhancing their understanding and satisfaction.
• Maintain a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility in all tasks.
• Learn and apply new repair techniques through provided training.

Required profile

• Fresh or entry‑level candidates with a strong interest in IT hardware.
• Hands‑on experience repairing computers or personal projects.
• Willingness to learn new repair methods and improve technical skills.
