Science Lab Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Science Lab Assistant to join our research team in Singapore. The role involves supporting daily laboratory activities, preparing practical exams, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of practical and exam materials.
• Dispense chemicals, set up glassware and safety equipment.
• Collect, clean and safely dispose of chemicals and laboratory apparatus after use.
• Replenish bench reagents during term breaks.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties assigned to the lab technician.

Required profile

• Primary level education or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory settings and chemical preparation.
• Previous experience working in a lab is preferred.
• Good communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
