Security Engineer

About the role

ABPGROUP PTE. LTD. is looking for a Security Engineer to design, implement and support enterprise‑wide cybersecurity solutions for clients across multiple industries. You will work closely with project teams, engineers and stakeholders to ensure secure and reliable infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver, implement and support cybersecurity solutions for diverse clients.
• Collaborate with project, engineering and stakeholder teams to deploy secure infrastructure.
• Support security operations, including monitoring, troubleshooting, incident investigation and remediation.
• Configure, maintain and optimise endpoint protection, SIEM, identity security, network security and related platforms.
• Participate in system integration, testing, deployment and post‑implementation support.
• Identify security gaps and propose practical improvements to enhance overall posture.
• Contribute to technical documentation, operational procedures and best practices.
• Evaluate and implement new security tools and technologies to boost cyber‑resilience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure, systems or network engineering.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Self‑motivated, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
