Senior Account Executive – Tax Product Sales

About the role

Stripe is looking for a dynamic Senior Account Executive to lead the sales of Stripe Tax across the APAC region. You will help businesses comply with indirect tax laws while expanding into new markets, shaping go‑to‑market strategy and sales messaging for one of Stripe’s most strategic products.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue, increase attach rates, and acquire new clients for Stripe Tax across Southeast Asia, Greater China, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Lead discussions with existing and prospective customers, including C‑suite and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and technical services to develop go‑to‑market playbooks.
• Articulate the value proposition of Stripe Tax to finance, engineering, and partnership teams.
• Build deep understanding of global indirect tax requirements and guide customers through implementation.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long‑term growth.
• Stay current on industry trends in data, analytics, and reporting to identify new opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven ability to engage in business‑level and technical conversations with stakeholders at all levels, including C‑level executives.
• Experience building value in competitive sales situations.
• Comfortable working on complex products that require deep understanding.
• Strong relationship‑building skills and a collaborative mindset.
