Senior Account Manager, Enablement Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager, Enablement Partner to lead our Southeast Asia accounts. You will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships, driving growth, and ensuring our customers receive top‑class technical and commercial support.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Southeast Asia accounts, develop strategies to meet sales targets and increase market share.
• Understand customers’ business and technology road‑maps and coordinate internal teams to improve product quality and competitiveness.
• Provide regular updates on account performance, financial status, competitive landscape and customer needs.
• Prepare accurate forecasts, manage pricing negotiations and drive profitability in line with margin goals.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams (Product Management, Logistics, Quality, Finance) to deliver pre‑ and post‑sales support.
• Resolve customer issues related to shipments, supply, quality and product change notifications.
• Facilitate communication between customers and technical teams for failure analysis, corrective actions and product lifecycle updates.
• Develop senior‑level contacts, identify economic and technical buying influences and conduct quarterly reviews.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing key accounts in a technology or industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of sales cycles, pricing strategies and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with product, logistics, quality and finance teams.
• Results‑driven mindset with a track record of achieving revenue growth.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of Entegris product portfolio and related services.
• Experience with account forecasting and pricing negotiations.
• Familiarity with supply‑chain and logistics processes.
• Ability to analyse market intelligence and customer insights.
