Senior Advisory Services Consultant

About the role

Visier, the global leader in workforce intelligence, is looking for a Senior Advisory Services Consultant to help customers implement, adopt, and derive value from its analytics solutions. You will work closely with account teams and client stakeholders to drive successful people‑analytics programs.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver consulting services that align with customer strategic objectives and analytics program goals.
• Plan and execute rollout, adoption, and workforce‑planning initiatives.
• Design and develop analyses that support key business outcomes.
• Lead consulting engagements, present insights to executive stakeholders, and create executive‑level presentations.
• Innovate new value‑added service offerings and share best practices within the Visier community.
• Provide adoption and change‑management support through process mapping, workshops, stakeholder assessments, project plans, training, and coaching.
• Identify and address systemic obstacles to solution adoption, recommending strategic actions.
• Enable internal HR teams (e.g., HRBPs) to unlock analytics benefits.
• Stay current on HR trends and best practices, applying knowledge to customer engagements.
• Support implementation projects, meeting timelines and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Senior‑level consultant with deep expertise in HR, people analytics, workforce planning, and change management.
• Proven experience delivering consulting services and managing executive‑level relationships.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of translating complex insights into actionable recommendations.
• Thought leader in HR analytics, continuously updating knowledge of industry trends.
