Senior Architect – Large‑Scale Residential Projects

About the role

The firm is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design and delivery of large‑scale, high‑rise residential projects in Singapore. The role combines architectural vision with hands‑on project management, ensuring that designs meet client expectations, regulatory standards, and construction realities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and overall project management for large‑scale residential developments.
• Develop detailed construction drawings and design development packages.
• Coordinate, liaise with, and lead consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor on‑site progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure quality control.
• Guarantee compliance with Singapore’s building codes, regulations, and public project contracts (PSSCOC).
• Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance.
• Prepare tender documentation, schedules, and material specifications.

Required profile

• Recognised degree in Architecture; preferably registered with the Board of Architects, Singapore.
• BOA‑registered architect with at least 8 years of relevant experience (or 5 years for registrable architects).
• Proven experience on BIM‑enabled projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural details, working drawings, and construction practices.
• Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and public project contracts (PSSCOC).
• Demonstrated leadership and communication abilities.
