About the role
The Senior Architectural Coordinator will support the Project Manager in planning and coordinating architectural finishing works on construction sites. This role ensures that all architectural activities are executed according to design drawings and project schedules, while collaborating closely with internal teams and subcontractors.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager with project planning and coordination of architectural finishing works.
- Supervise day‑to‑day site operations to guarantee compliance with architectural drawings.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary team members and subcontractors to resolve technical challenges.
- Monitor progress and quality of finishing works, reporting any deviations to the Project Manager.
Required profile
- Degree in Building Engineering or Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in architectural finishing work.
- Strong interpersonal skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Required skills
- Knowledge of BIM technology (preferred).
