Senior Architectural Coordinator

About the role

The Senior Architectural Coordinator will lead on‑site architectural activities, ensuring that all works meet quality standards, contractual requirements and approved design specifications. This role acts as the primary liaison between architects, engineers, subcontractors and regulatory authorities to keep projects on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect all architectural works to guarantee compliance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Plan, schedule and allocate time and resources for building construction projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify delays or disruptions, and adjust schedules accordingly.
• Develop detailed work plans, cost estimations and workforce forecasts for approved items.
• Design and implement progress and schedule control systems.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, consultants and authorities on all project aspects.
• Assist the Project Manager with monthly progress claims and reports.
• Lead and supervise on‑site teams, subcontractors and workers, ensuring daily manpower records and productivity tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, Post‑Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Architecture or an equivalent field.
• At least 3 years of experience in architectural coordination or building construction.
• Fluent English language proficiency.
