Senior Business Analyst – Microsoft Dynamics 365

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our team in Singapore and support the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Project Sales. The role focuses on business readiness, solution validation, change impact, training, and go‑live support during the System Integration Testing (SIT) phase.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the client‑side Senior Business Analyst for D365 Project Operations and Project Sales during SIT, UAT, and go‑live phases.
• Validate that the solution meets current and future business needs together with stakeholders.
• Develop a practical understanding of existing processes to support change impact assessment, adoption, and training.
• Identify and communicate process improvements enabled by D365 and its integrations.
• Partner with the Systems Integrator to review SIT outcomes, clarify requirements, and ensure defects are resolved according to business priorities.
• Support User Acceptance Testing by validating real‑world scenarios, assisting business testers, and triaging issues.
• Review test results with a focus on business usability, process flow, and operational readiness.
• Lead training rollout and ensure users are prepared for the new system.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large ERP/CRM implementations.
• Strong understanding of end‑to‑end business processes across finance and talent management.
• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and Workday integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to assess change impact and drive user adoption.
