Senior Campus Executive – West Campus (7‑Month Contract)

About the role

The Senior Campus Executive will support the West campus’s outreach, student engagement and admissions activities on a 7‑month contract. You will coordinate events, manage student programmes and assist with scholarship and admission processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute outreach events such as Open Houses, tea parties, school visits and campus tours, handling venue bookings and logistics.
• Provide administrative support for student initiatives, including procurement of consumables, corporate gifts and compliance with university policies.
• Monitor budgets for student interest groups and process student claims in line with university guidelines.
• Process admissions applications, coordinate scholarship interviews, prepare related documents and maintain scholarship and admissions databases.
• Generate statistical reports on admissions and enrolment, and support engagement activities for scholarship recipients and prospective students.
• Respond to enquiries from prospective students, parents and other stakeholders and undertake ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma qualification with at least 1–2 years of experience in student recruitment, outreach, admissions or student engagement, preferably in higher education.
• Strong organisational, coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
