Senior Charter Broker (APAC) – Singapore

About the role

Luxaviation ONE is seeking a Senior Charter Broker to lead and expand its charter sales portfolio across the APAC region from Singapore. The role involves managing the full charter lifecycle for high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate clients, ensuring a seamless and premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a portfolio of VIP, UHNWI and corporate clients in international markets.
• Prospect new charter opportunities through targeted outreach and networking.
• Prepare customised commercial offers and negotiate charter contracts.
• Coordinate aircraft selection, itinerary planning, client briefings and liaison with operations and suppliers.
• Oversee invoicing, payment processing and post‑flight follow‑up.
• Represent Luxaviation at industry events and support broader business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business aviation charter sales.
• Strong commercial drive with an established network of international clients.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial and able to work autonomously in a remote setup.
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to pass background checks.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of aircraft types, performance and operational considerations.
• Expertise in the end‑to‑end charter sales process.
