About the role
Nium is seeking a commercially‑minded, execution‑oriented Senior Commercial Counsel to support its next phase of global growth. You will act as a trusted legal partner to commercial, partnership, treasury, compliance and executive teams, providing business‑focused advice at speed.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the drafting, negotiation and execution of complex commercial agreements with enterprise customers, financial institutions, fintechs, marketplaces and strategic partners worldwide.
- Own the company’s most strategic transactions end‑to‑end with minimal supervision.
- Support the launch and scaling of new payments, card‑issuance, treasury and digital‑asset/ stablecoin solutions.
Required profile
- Commercially minded legal professional with strong judgment and a pragmatic approach.
- Highly responsive, intellectually curious and energized by complex, high‑growth environments.
- Ability to deliver clear, business‑focused advice quickly and effectively.
