Senior Consultant – Supply Chain & Operation, Business Consulting

About the role

As a Senior Consultant in EY’s Supply Chain & Operations practice, you will join a fast‑growing team that helps clients across the region transform their supply chain planning and execution. You will work on large‑scale, complex projects that improve performance and drive strategic change.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, deploy and evaluate supply‑chain management solutions for performance improvement.
• Collaborate with client organisations to enhance planning processes and re‑engineer supply‑chain functions.
• Analyse client issues, develop tailored solutions and contribute to project planning and status reporting.
• Work with senior client personnel to assess, evaluate and optimise specific functional areas within the supply chain.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, industrial engineering or business.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply‑chain consulting, focusing on planning, execution, sourcing or procurement.
• Strong technical capability in supply‑chain planning and a proven ability to learn new processes quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building client relationships.
