Senior Creative Designer, Retail Design

About the role

Sephora SEA is looking for a Senior Creative Designer to lead high‑end 3D design solutions for its rapidly expanding retail portfolio across Southeast Asia and Oceania. You will shape new store concepts, develop innovative visual merchandising ideas, and ensure every design reflects Sephora’s Brand DNA and delivers an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver advanced 3D design concepts for new stores, including layout, customer flow, and spatial experience.
• Collaborate with Store Designers and Visual Merchandising Designers to create brand‑aligned product presentation concepts.
• Produce high‑quality 3D renderings, virtual walk‑throughs, and visual presentations for stakeholder alignment.
• Lead assigned projects from concept through execution, managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables independently.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure accurate interpretation and timely delivery of design intent.
• Support additional creative initiatives such as office design, prospecting visuals, and other spatial projects.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience in retail or commercial design.
• Ability to translate and elevate brand DNA into tangible design solutions.
• Strong independent project leadership with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.
• Excellent collaboration skills, working closely with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
