Senior Director, APAC Services

About the role

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Director to lead its APAC Services organization. This senior leadership position oversees the regional services profit and loss, driving operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth across multiple Asian‑Pacific markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the APAC Services P&L, meeting targets for revenue, profitability and cash flow.
• Lead field service operations, service delivery, field applications and customer success management across the region.
• Develop and execute short‑term (1‑2 year) and long‑term (3‑5 year) service strategies aligned with global business objectives.
• Partner with Commercial, Marketing, IT, HR and Finance to ensure cross‑functional alignment and scalable growth.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support regional expansion and long‑term partnerships.
• Ensure consistent high performance and service quality for key regional and global accounts.

Required profile

• Proven experience scaling service operations in high‑growth APAC markets.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, matrixed, multinational teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability and cash flow management.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
