Senior Executive – Clinical Research Officer (Biobanking)

About the role

LKCMedicine is seeking a Senior Executive to join the HELIOS population health study team as a Clinical Research Officer focused on biobanking. The role involves managing biological samples, supporting laboratory analyses, and ensuring high‑quality data collection for a large Singapore‑wide cohort.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process, and biobank biological samples efficiently and in a timely manner.
• Assist with frozen sample retrieval and sorting for study collaborators.
• Perform daily routine measurements on analytical systems such as clinical chemistry and hematology counters.
• Monitor quality standards by conducting equipment maintenance, daily quality controls, and calibrations.
• Handle general administrative tasks, including tracking consumables and coordinating procurement with vendors.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and breakdowns as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (HBRA‑HTF) and maintain a safe laboratory environment.
