Senior Executive, Corporate Secretarial

About the role

Our client, a leading global firm, is looking for a Senior Executive to join its Corporate Secretarial team in Singapore. The role involves managing a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring statutory compliance and providing expert guidance on corporate governance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of local and international corporate clients, incorporating new entities and handling changes to directors, shareholders, and company structures.
• Prepare and lodge statutory filings, draft resolutions, minutes and notices for board and general meetings, and maintain statutory registers and corporate records.
• Monitor regulatory deadlines, ensure timely compliance, and advise clients on corporate governance and statutory obligations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on secretarial matters, responding to enquiries and delivering practical solutions.
• Support board governance processes, maintain confidentiality of sensitive information, and promote best practices across the client portfolio.

Required profile

• Relevant qualification in law, corporate governance or a related field.
• Several years of experience in corporate secretarial services, preferably within a professional services environment.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.
