Senior Executive, Examinations and Assessments

About the role

The Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine (LKCMedicine) is seeking a Senior Executive to lead examinations and assessments for Years 3 to 5. This fixed‑term position supports the delivery of high‑quality, technology‑enabled medical education and ensures the integrity of assessment processes.

Key responsibilities

• Administer compulsory assessment forms and quizzes, including Workplace‑Based Assessments, Mini‑Clinical Examinations, Direct Observation of Procedural Skills, learning progress and posting quizzes.
• Manage examination processes and operations across Years 3 to 5.
• Support implementation and review of examination policies and procedures.
• Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of examination and assessment data.
• Oversee the examination system and provide logistical support for examination events.
• Participate in university, school and departmental events as required.

Required profile

• A recognised degree in any discipline.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in education administration.
• Knowledge of examinations and assessment administration, preferably in a higher‑education setting.
• Strong analytical, meticulous and resilient work style.
• Ability to multi‑task and work independently under time pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Statistical analysis capability.
• IT and data‑management experience.
