Senior Executive – Outreach & Engagement (Undergraduate Programme)

About the role

The Senior Executive will support the Outreach & Engagement team of Nanyang Business School’s Undergraduate Programme Office. Reporting to the Senior Assistant Manager, the role focuses on brand awareness, marketing, and recruitment activities to attract a diverse pool of high‑quality applicants.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing the undergraduate marketing plan to meet enrolment targets for size, quality and diversity.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver small‑scale outreach events independently.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate multiple parties to ensure successful outreach activities.
• Support market trend analysis, candidate insights and competitor benchmarking.
• Organise and run information sessions, webinars and experience days locally and internationally.
• Manage stakeholder communications and draft briefing notes and presentations.
• Track outreach activity budgets and prepare simple event plans for student ambassadors.

Required profile

• Degree in any field; Business or Marketing preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, outreach or event management.
• Strong organisational, time‑management and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, detail‑orientation and results focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, comfortable presenting to diverse audiences.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Advanced skills in creating and delivering Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
