Senior Executive/Assistant Manager, Outreach, Admissions & Scholarships

About the role

The College of Engineering at NTU Singapore is looking for a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to lead its Outreach, Admissions and Scholarships initiatives. Reporting to the Lead, Outreach, Admissions & Scholarships, you will shape strategies that attract prospective undergraduates and support the College’s recruitment goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, plan and lead outreach and engagement strategies for prospective undergraduates.
• Liaise with Engineering Schools to align outreach plans and implementation.
• Plan, execute and oversee outreach events, ensuring high‑quality delivery.
• Conduct post‑event analysis to measure impact and drive data‑informed improvements.
• Organise the annual EASE Tea Party and engagement events for Returning NS men.
• Support admissions and scholarship processes.
• Build and maintain relationships with faculty, alumni, schools and industry partners.
• Handle ad‑hoc initiatives and assignments from the Office.

Required profile

• Recognised university degree in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in outreach, student recruitment or student engagement within higher education (entry‑level candidates welcome).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
