Senior HR Business Partner Executive

About the role

The Senior HR Business Partner Executive will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, driving talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, and succession planning. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role ensures HR initiatives align with corporate objectives and supports the overall effectiveness of the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and support MBO cycles (beginning, mid‑term, end‑term) across departments, ensuring quality goal setting, calibration, and performance discussions.
• Drive talent management activities, including Individual Development Plans, succession planning, and high‑potential talent tracking.
• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for headquarters positions (Assistant Manager and below), manage screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and quarterly workforce planning.
• Conduct HR clinics, provide employee‑relations guidance, handle disciplinary cases, and recommend engagement initiatives.
• Manage HR operations in Workday, including confirmations, transfers, resignations, leave balances, attendance audits, and probation processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner.
• Proven experience in performance management, MBO administration, employee relations, and talent management.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
