Senior Insurance Telesales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Insurance Telesales Associate to drive revenue growth by providing customers with impartial advice and excellent service on insurance products. Reporting to the Head of Insurance, you will lead cross‑selling and upselling initiatives while ensuring a seamless digital experience.

Key responsibilities

• Actively pursue cross‑sell and upsell opportunities for insurance products based on customer needs.
• Achieve monthly non‑digital insurance sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and support the end‑to‑end insurance application process, including endorsements, renewals, and cancellations.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and transactions using CRM systems.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in insurance sales, brokerage, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• CMFAS certifications: BCP, PGI, and ComGI.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
• Proactive, adaptable, team‑player with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Required skills

• CMFAS BCP certification.

• CMFAS ComGI certification.
• Proficiency with CRM systems for record‑keeping.
