Senior IT Business Analyst

About the role

PALO IT Singapore is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst to lead requirement discovery, design sprints and stakeholder discussions for digital product initiatives. You will translate ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable technical specifications and drive delivery across the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirement discovery workshops, design sprints and stakeholder discussions to elicit business and technical requirements.
• Gather, analyse and document business, functional and non‑functional requirements in collaboration with product owners, SMEs, designers and technical leads.
• Map current and future‑state workflows, identify improvement opportunities and translate them into scalable technology solutions.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, product backlogs and functional specifications.
• Manage requirements delivery throughout the project lifecycle, including planning, estimation, prioritisation, risk management and status reporting.
• Partner with Product Owners and Delivery Leads to prioritise features based on business value and delivery objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Developers, QA Engineers and other delivery teams to ensure successful implementation.
