Senior Manager – Actuarial Services (Life Insurance)

About the role

Join PwC’s Actuarial Services team as a Senior Manager focused on Life Insurance. You will advise insurers, reinsurers and regulators on solvency, capital, risk management and regulatory changes, helping them maintain robust reserves and meet new reporting standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide actuarial advisory services for life insurance clients.
• Support seasonal audit projects as required.
• Deliver professional advice on reserving, capital modelling, reinsurance and regulatory reporting.
• Prepare and present presentations, proposals and actuarial reports.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of 20+ actuarial professionals in Singapore and over 200 across Asia.

Required profile

• 10+ years of actuarial experience in life insurance (insurer, consulting firm or financial services).
• Depth of experience in reserving, ERM, valuation, capital modelling, reinsurance and regulatory reporting (ORSA, FCR, ICAAP, IFRS17, RBC).
• Qualified actuary or significant progress toward an internationally recognised qualification.
• Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English.
• Self‑starter able to work independently and manage ambiguity.
• Strong stakeholder‑management abilities.
