Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing

About the role

The Senior Manager, Strategic Sourcing will lead the enhancement of financial, operational and strategic performance of the Group Supply function. This role drives sourcing strategies, optimises commercial outcomes and provides actionable business insights across commodity raw materials and major spend categories.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and implement strategic sourcing opportunities for key commodities and spend categories.
• Lead supplier selection, commercial negotiations, contracting and implementation of sourcing initiatives.
• Develop sourcing strategies that balance cost, supply risk, quality, service continuity and flexibility.
• Monitor commodity markets, assess supply conditions and flag risks or opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional teams to leverage global scale and align sourcing approaches.
• Lead the preparation of quarterly financial reports covering rebates, standard costs, non‑invoiced COGS, operating costs, inventory, and risk/opportunity analysis.
• Investigate cost forecast deviations, identify root causes and drive improvement actions.
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support the COO and Supply Directors in business decision‑making.
