Senior Mid-Market Account Executive – APAC

About the role

Flagright is seeking a Senior Mid‑Market Account Executive to lead its growth across the APAC region. You will own the end‑to‑end sales process, targeting fintechs and financial institutions, and help expand the company’s AI‑driven financial crime compliance platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle sales for mid‑market fintech and financial institution accounts across APAC.
• Generate and maintain a disciplined, conversion‑focused pipeline through inbound, outbound and market activities.
• Close new deals, drive expansions, upsells and long‑term account growth.
• Travel across APAC to represent Flagright at conferences, industry events and customer meetings.
• Develop deep product expertise and articulate Flagright’s value against incumbents.
• Coach junior Account Executives and Business Development Representatives, raising deal quality and demo execution standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer teams to ensure successful implementation.
