Senior New Business & Partnerships Manager – Mandarin Required

About the role

Reap, a global fintech focused on stablecoin‑enabled finance, is seeking a senior professional to lead new‑business development and partnership initiatives. The role will involve generating opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding Reap’s client base across APAC, LATAM and EMEA.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to client onboarding.
• Identify client pain points and articulate Reap’s multi‑product value proposition to diverse stakeholders.
• Develop and execute strategies to qualify leads, close high‑quality deals and meet revenue KPIs.
• Maintain an accurate sales forecast and a robust pipeline using CRM tools.
• Represent Reap’s APIs and product suite, providing market feedback and innovation insights.
• Monitor emerging market trends, competitor activity and new product developments.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships for upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with implementation, relationship management and other internal teams.

Required profile

• Proven business‑development experience in a fast‑moving, B2B environment.
• Comfortable engaging senior decision‑makers across multiple regions.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English.
• Interest in fintech, stablecoins and cross‑border payments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Understanding of API integration and usage.
