Senior Process Specialist – Manufacturing Deployment (MILO Snacking)

About the role

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future manufacturing network for MILO Snacking across Asia, Oceania and Africa. As the Senior Process Specialist you will lead capability assessments, deployment planning and scale‑up readiness, linking innovation projects with the optimal factory, technology and investment pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a clear view of regional manufacturing capabilities, capacity, technologies, equipment and constraints.
• Identify credible manufacturing locations and deployment routes for new MILO Snacking opportunities.
• Provide early recommendations on technical feasibility, manufacturing fit, risks, dependencies and indicative timelines.
• Create and coordinate integrated technical deployment plans, including trials, handovers and readiness milestones.
• Lead technical preparation and coordination of pilot, factory and co‑manufacturer trials, translating learnings into transfer packages.

Required profile

• Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Engineering or related discipline with at least five years of relevant experience in food manufacturing, process development or industrialisation.
• Experience working across R&D and factory environments, preferably in confectionery or bakery product categories.
• Strong ability to assess technical feasibility, influence cross‑functional stakeholders and make decisions amid ambiguity.
• Willingness to travel within Asia, Oceania, Africa and globally (10‑20% annually) to support trials and deployments.
