Senior Project Manager – Product Development

About the role

Razer is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end product development for its gaming hardware portfolio. You will work across a global, cross‑functional team to bring innovative products from concept to market.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the full product development cycle, including hardware design, software integration, testing, qualification and packaging.
• Plan and manage project timelines, budgets and documentation to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, AI, Marketing, PR and Supply Chain teams to maintain alignment.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies and guarantee product quality meets acceptance criteria.
• Conduct project reviews and drive process improvements using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline (or equivalent diploma).
• 3‑5 years of experience in project management, product development or engineering, preferably in consumer electronics or hardware.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to guide cross‑functional teams.
