Required profile

• Minimum 2 + years of experience in agency recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong desire for client‑facing sales, revenue generation, and account expansion.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with confidence to consult mid‑to‑senior stakeholders.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and ready to take ownership of your desk.
