Senior RF Engineer

About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Senior RF Engineer to lead RF and plasma engineering projects for its semiconductor and display equipment in Singapore. The role involves designing, troubleshooting, and integrating RF modules while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑performance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute RF and plasma engineering projects, including supplier management.
• Identify and troubleshoot complex RF/plasma issues independently.
• Define and drive structured plans to resolve high‑value problems.
• Perform advanced engineering analyses and generate test reports.
• Design and modify engineering assemblies, schematics, layouts, and detailed specifications.
• Plan, coordinate, execute, and document engineering tests, supporting product release to production.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers to address RF/plasma challenges.
• Lead system integration of RF modules and subsystems across mechanical, electrical, software, and process teams.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in RF and plasma engineering.
• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
