Senior Sales Manager (Luxury Hotel, FIT)

About the role

The Senior Sales Manager will lead strategic partnerships and drive revenue for a luxury hotel portfolio across Singapore. You will work closely with luxury travel advisors, consortia partners, tour operators and key leisure accounts to expand market presence and achieve growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with luxury consortia partners and preferred travel advisor networks, negotiating agreements and joint marketing initiatives.
• Manage leisure and tour operator sales, securing new business, negotiating group series, allotments and seasonal programs.
• Achieve revenue, room‑night and market‑share objectives through annual sales plans and business development initiatives.
• Analyse market trends, booking pace and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
• Organise familiarisation trips, site inspections and networking events for key partners.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations and Operations to align commercial strategies and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Maintain accurate account information, pipeline management and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in luxury hotel sales and consortia management.
• Strong track record of revenue generation and market‑share growth.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with travel advisors, tour operators and industry stakeholders.
• Ability to analyse market data and develop actionable sales strategies.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with revenue, marketing and operations teams.
