Senior Staff Nurse – Urgent Care/Emergency (Singapore)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior/Staff Nurse to join our urgent care and emergency services across Singapore. The role involves delivering advanced clinical care to moderate‑to‑high acuity patients, leading resuscitation efforts and acting as a clinical resource for complex cases.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advanced nursing care for moderate‑to‑high acuity patients, perform rapid assessments, lead or support resuscitation, and serve as a clinical resource for complex/high‑risk cases.
• Oversee shift workflow, staff deployment, and patient allocation; supervise nursing staff in real time, mentor junior nurses, and support competency assessments.
• Ensure accurate charge capture, review discharge documentation for completeness, and assist in resolving billing discrepancies with finance teams.
• Manage medication and consumables inventory, enforce infection‑prevention compliance, and maintain accuracy of medical reports for regulatory audits.
• Monitor compliance with clinical protocols, participate in incident investigations, implement corrective actions, and contribute to quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Address complex patient and family concerns with empathy, support discharge planning and patient education, and uphold service‑excellence standards.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Nursing.
• Background in emergency, acute, or trauma care.
• Willingness to commit to three rotating shifts.
