Senior Stage Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Stage Manager to lead our stage crew and ensure every production meets the highest standards of quality and professionalism. Based in Singapore, you will collaborate closely with production teams, manage budgets, and stay ahead of entertainment trends.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the stage manager and stage crew.
• Conduct weekly meetings with crew, production team, and managers to troubleshoot issues and drive improvements.
• Stay updated on the latest performances, music, entertainment trends, and stage technologies.
• Maintain lighting, sound, and stage prop equipment.
• Manage performance and personnel expenses within the approved budget.
• Understand audience preferences and expectations.
• Attend monthly management meetings with shareholders.

Required profile

• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication abilities.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in stage production or stage management.
• Ability to work well under pressure and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Willingness to work additional hours when required.
