About the role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Service Desk Engineer to deliver top‑notch technical support and resolve IT issues efficiently. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, possess strong troubleshooting skills, and be passionate about helping others with technology challenges.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents promptly via phone, email, or in person
- Document issues and solutions accurately in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate complex problems
- Guide users through step‑by‑step solutions and best practices
- Ensure timely resolution of tickets to meet service level agreements
Required profile
- Experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Required skills
- Familiarity with Windows/Mac OS
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Networking basics
