About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Site Engineer who will also handle drafting duties. The role supports construction projects across Singapore, ensuring work is carried out on schedule and to required standards.

Key responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to meet daily schedules and compliance requirements.
Assist the Project Manager in planning, monitoring construction activities and producing shop drawings.
Liaise with consultants and authorities on technical and engineering matters.
Monitor and coordinate the work of sub‑contractors and site supervisors.
Coordinate inspections of civil and structural works.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Preferably experience in foundation works.
Independent, diligent, highly motivated with strong team spirit.
Willing to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays when necessary.

Required skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of AutoCAD.
