Site Engineer & Drafter (Junior)

Job description
About the role
We are looking for a motivated Junior Site Engineer who will also handle drafting duties. The role supports construction projects across Singapore, ensuring work is carried out on schedule and to required standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate subcontractors to meet daily schedules and compliance requirements.
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, monitoring construction activities and producing shop drawings.
- Liaise with consultants and authorities on technical and engineering matters.
- Monitor and coordinate the work of sub‑contractors and site supervisors.
- Coordinate inspections of civil and structural works.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Preferably experience in foundation works.
- Independent, diligent, highly motivated with strong team spirit.
- Willing to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays when necessary.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
