Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Site Manager to oversee the progress of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on schedule, within quality standards and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. The role involves coordinating with clients, subcontractors, consultants and authorities to guarantee smooth site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor site progress against the established schedule and take corrective actions when needed.
• Lead the construction team to ensure smooth execution of all work activities.
• Verify that all works meet the company’s quality standards and contractual obligations.
• Review and approve material requisitions and manage procurement coordination.
• Develop and maintain overall project scheduling and detailed planning documents.
• Design and implement progress and schedule control systems aligned with project requirements.
• Coordinate construction planning with clients, subcontractors, consultants and relevant authorities.
• Enforce safe work procedures and environmental control measures on site.
• Ensure compliance with all client, consultant and authority requirements.
• Undertake any additional assignments delegated by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or professional degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in site management or a similar construction role.
• Fluency in English and Chinese to liaise with multilingual stakeholders.
• Preferably a manager with specialization in civil, construction or structural engineering.
