SMB Sales Specialist, Outbound

About the role

The SMB Sales Specialist, Outbound will drive new business for the Mindbody suite of wellness software by targeting single‑location prospects. You will generate leads, conduct outreach through multiple channels, and guide prospects through product demonstrations to close sales.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound cold calls, field visits, texts, and emails to introduce Mindbody solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads, manage the sales pipeline, and forecast monthly and quarterly revenue.
• Deliver product demonstrations and tailor proposals to meet prospect needs.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM with activity notes.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Stay current on product updates, new features, and competitive differentiators.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects across phone, email, and in‑person meetings.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets in an outbound environment.
• Ability to understand client needs and position technology solutions effectively.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and capable of managing time to maximize outreach efficiency.
