About the role

We are looking for a proactive Social Media Recruiter to join our dynamic team and drive talent acquisition through innovative social media strategies. You will play a key role in attracting top talent and promoting our brand culture across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media recruitment strategies to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Manage and optimise recruitment‑focused social channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Lemon8 and RedNote.
• Create compelling content and campaigns that showcase job openings and company culture.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and target audiences.
• Monitor social media trends and analytics to continuously improve recruitment tactics.
• Engage with potential candidates, building and nurturing a talent pipeline.
• Align recruitment efforts with overall brand strategy in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Track, analyse and report on recruitment metrics and performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in social media recruitment or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of how social platforms can be leveraged for hiring.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Creative thinking and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
